Information pursuant to and in accordance with article 13 of Law Decree no. 196/2003

In compliance with the current legislation on Privacy, we invite you to take cognizance of the information pursuant to and in accordance with article 13 of Law Decree no. 196/2003. We remind you that the consent (for processing personal data) by Public Administrations is not required when such data is processed for official purposes (Art. 18).
Personal data collected
The Regional Office for the Promotion of Tourism "In Liguria" (from now on "In Liguria" Office) collects your personal data to the following ends:
1) compliance with requirements of the law;
2) informative, operational, and managerial requirements for the execution of institutional tasks and the political-institutional mandate;
3) accounting and/or administrative needs;
4) needs of promotion, survey, and research.
Nature of the submission of personal data
Submission of personal data and their respective use are mandatory with regards to ends 1, 2, and 3; it therefore follows that any refusal to supply data for these ends could preclude the subscriber from initiating contractual relationships. With regards to other ends, the submission of personal data is to be considered optional.
Conditions of use
Personal data will be processed in paper, computer, and telecommunication form, and entered into relevant databases and electronic archives accessible by employees of the "In Liguria" Office, expressly designated by the subscriber as being charged with the data's use. Processing may also be performed by third parties who supply specific computing, administrative, or instrumental services required for the fulfilment of the above ends.
Scope of communication and of the dissemination of data
With regards to the ends indicated at points 1, 2, and 3, personal data may be communicated to the following persons:
- Financial administrations and other public authorities or agencies, in order to comply with regulatory requirements
- Persons for whom the power to access the personal data of concerned individuals is recognised by provisions of the law
- Banking institutions for the management of credit collection and payments
- Legal firms and offices for the protection of contractual rights.
With regards to end 4, personal data may be communicated to Professional Associations and professionals in the tourism industry.
Personal data will not be subjected to dissemination.
Rights of concerned individuals

The Director General has been designated as the person responsible for the processing of personal data.
